 草莓起士塔 Strawberry Cheese Tart

 

量:1 個

模具:7 吋菊花模

 

材料

甜派皮的材料

無鹽奶油························ 120g

細砂糖·····························70g

雞蛋·································1 顆

中筋麵粉····················· 240g

杏仁粉····························20g

鹽·································· 少許

 

內餡的材料

奶油起士························ 125g

細砂糖 ···························· 1/4 杯

雞蛋 ·································· 1 顆

香草精·························1 小匙

酸奶····························1 大匙

草莓······················15 ~ 20 顆

 

裝飾的材料

果膠······························ 適量

 

作法

1 製作甜派皮。無鹽奶油置於室溫下軟化備用

2 軟化的奶油、細砂糖放入攪拌盆以打蛋器進行攪打

3 攪打至奶油顏色呈泛白,放入雞蛋攪拌均勻

4 加入過篩的中筋麵粉、杏仁粉、鹽輕輕揉成團後,用保鮮膜包覆麵團,放入冰箱1小時冷藏備用

5 取出麵團,撕下保鮮膜,以擀麵棍擀成0.5公分厚的派皮,鋪於模具內並貼合底部和周圍編框後再去除多餘的派皮,放入冰箱,冷藏備用

6 製作內餡。軟化的奶油起士、細砂糖一起放入攪拌盆以打蛋器攪拌均勻

7加入雞蛋、香草精、酸奶拌勻

8 內餡倒入派皮,送入已預熱到180℃的烤箱,烤35分鐘即可取出脫模

9待起士塔冷卻後,放上草莓

10 在草莓表面刷上一層薄薄的果膠作為裝飾
