不需烤的起士蛋糕
No-Bake Cheesecake
材料
無鹽奶油······················ 1/4 杯
消化餅乾碎··················· 2/3 杯
吉利丁····························2 片
奶油起士························ 250g
鮮奶油·····························50g
優酪乳·····························30g
細砂糖························· 1/3 杯
檸檬汁·····························20g
檸檬皮屑························ 少許
作法
1 無鹽奶油放入容器中,以隔水加熱的方式使奶油融化
2 消化餅乾碎與融化的奶油混合均勻,倒入模具中壓平,放入冰箱冷藏備用
3 吉利丁片放入冷水中,泡至變軟後用手擠乾水分備用
4 奶油起士放置室溫下軟化,與鮮奶油、優酪乳、細砂糖放入攪拌盆,把攪拌盆放入熱水中,用隔水加熱的方式以打蛋器攪拌
5倒入檸檬汁、檸檬皮屑混勻
6 放入泡軟的吉利丁片,攪拌至完全融化,倒入模具,放入冰箱冷藏4小時
7待蛋糕凝固後,即可脫模
