份量:1 個/ 模具:7×7 吋的四方烤模
*材料
無鹽奶油······················ 3/4 杯
胡桃······························ 1 杯
雞蛋······························· 3 顆
細砂糖··················· 1 又1/2 杯
中筋麵粉······················ 3/4 杯
可可粉························· 1/2 杯
泡打粉························· 1/2 匙
鹽······························· 1/2 匙
香草精························· 1 小匙
*作法
01 無鹽奶油放入容器中,以隔水加熱的方式使奶油融化,待冷卻後備用。
02 胡桃送入已預熱到150℃的烤箱,烤15分鐘取出,以刀子切成胡桃碎備用。
03 雞蛋、細砂糖放入攪拌盆以打蛋器進行攪打。
04 攪打成蓬鬆泛白的蛋糊,加入融化的奶油以橡皮刮刀拌勻。
05 中筋麵粉、可可粉、泡打粉過篩,與鹽一同加入作法4的蛋糊裡拌勻。
06 拌至無顆粒狀,加入香草精、烤過的胡桃碎混合均勻,倒入已抹油模具,送入已預熱到 180℃ 的烤箱,烤 35~40分鐘即取出。
07 蛋糕脫模後即可切塊食用。
